"Ain't That Just Like A Woman" hit the charts on January 23, 1961 and hit POS. 33 on the national POP-charts. It stayed on the charts for 8 weeks. The a-side also hit the charts (see that entry) making it his 19th(!) double sided hit in nearly 5 years.
"Ain't That Just Like A Woman" hit the national R&B-charts on February 13, 1961. It stayed 7 weeks on the charts hitting #19. It was his 55th entry!

"Ain't That Just Like A Woman" was a previous hit for Louis Jordan who co-wrote it* m(see The Originals)

I don't believe in the fact that Fleecie Moore wrote or co-wrote any of the songs Louis recorded under that name.
Jordan: ""Fleecie Moore's name is on it, but she didn't have anything to do with it. That was my wife at the time, and we put it in her name. She didn't know nothin' about no music at all. Her name is on this song and that song..........".
