India's trade and economic ties with Qatar have touched a new milestone, following the visit of Qatari Emir Sheikh Al Thani to New Delhi. The two sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen bilateral relations in various areas. India and Qatar have also decided to double their bilateral trade from the current $14 billion to $28 billion over the next 5 years.
