Edifier S880DB should retail for similar money as bigger JBL LSR305 on most of the markets around the world. For this price Edifier offers superior to JBL built quality and looks, Bluetooth connectivity, USB DAC, remote control, and set of digital and analog inputs. Also sound quality is very good and only slightly behind JBL in most cases. Edifier sounds clear and natural with just a bit too much of top end (tone controls will help with that), and tight detaild but rather lean bass response. Too bad Edifier did not inlude subwoofer output for that missing bass, we would have the perfect combination here. JBL, as usual, greets us wilth natural tone, great bass respnse, natural balance and perfectly integrated and extended top end, this is still my favourite speaker in this price range soundwise.
