Where it all started for Elvis, his first backing band - the Blue Moon Boys.
Shortly after Elvis joined Sun Records, he started to gig with guitarist Scotty Moore and upright bass player Bill Black as the Blue Moon Boys.
Shortly before moving to RCA at the end of 1955, drummer DJ Fontana joined the group.
