Here’s an absolutely fantastic tune called Starka tillsammans with the Stockholm band November. It’s the opening track for their third album 6:e November which was released in 1972. The tune was planned to be released as 45 as well, but after the test presses were made the record company Sonet or band members changed their minds and it was never released. For me it’s one of the strongest songs they recorded, both lyrically and musically, and it baffles me why it wasn’t released as 45. I have never had any great hopes of ever getting my hands on a copy of the test press, but hot damn, here I am now with a copy were the previous owner marked the label ”November?”! Damn right it is!
