Jesus Culture worship leaders Brett Miller and Brian Torwalt wrote this song with Raffi Greco and Ashley Bailey from UPPERROOM. We love that every line is about Jesus. It speaks of the lowly Christ, the King of All willing to sacrifice His body and reputation in order to bring many sons and daughters to glory. There is no mention of “me” in the lyric in hopes that we could give every ounce of honor to Him. Brett was able to share the song for the first time in England last year at David’s Tent. It was so evident in that moment that what was pouring out was moving His heart. We pray that this song serves the church worldwide by helping us see Him rightly.
