Seokgi Moon, who has over 1.34 million followers on YouTube, recorded his exchange with the traffic policeman on his car’s dashcam.
Foreign tourists getting overcharged in India may seem like a common enough occurrence but in a recent instance, a South Korean tourist was reportedly overcharged, not by any shopkeeper, but by a Delhi Traffic Police constable.

Seokgi Moon, a Korean fitness trainer who has over 1.34 million followers on YouTube, posted a video that showed his encounter with Delhi Traffic Police. He titled it, “Give me all the cash” Reasons why you shouldn’t drive a car in India”.
In the video, Moon is driving a rental car when he is stopped by the traffic police and fined because he “did not stay within the yellow line”. The traffic police constable asks him to pay Rs 5,000 and insists that the payment is done in cash.
Moon gives the constable the money, who shows him a thumbs-up sign before letting him go. Interestingly, the traffic police constable does not issue any receipt for the penalty.

In his video, Moon includes clips of the police beating people with sticks and talks about his fear of arguing with the law enforcement agency.
Soon, this video of the exchange between Moon and the traffic police began circulating on social media platforms, with people pointing out that an unclear fine issued without a receipt is akin to a bribe.
