There's a zipline at the Zephyr Transit Hub that is only used during the Flytrap mission. But there's a way to use it in freeroam too... You have to do each wallclimb/wallrun quickly, otherwise you will fall off the wall. At the end of the wallclimb chain, coiljump to get extra height and grab the edge
