Ather has launched a new Electric Bike. It's called Ather 450S.

This sits right below Ather 450X in terms of range and performance offering. It is affordable and very every-day use type Electric Bike perfect for daily office commuters and perfect for Indian EV market.

Giving same performance as Ather 450X 2nd Gen, the bike gives 115 kms of certified range.

However, Ather dashboard doesn't come with in touch screen, navigation and many other stuff.

Ather 450X has an advantage of having the Fast Charger network. However, it comes with a few major issues.

One being overcrowded Fast Chargers and Second being issues with Ather Charger itself.

I suppose, This is majorly the problem with every electric vehicle that provide public fast chargers like Ola and Ather.

Competing straight with Ola S1 Air, Ather 450S can target very unique customers who value the riding experience over features of Ola Electric Scooters.

Since Ola is targeting a new segment of customers with completely new models of Electric Vehicles, competition and Electric vehicle market in India is gonna take a really interesting pivot.
