In this video, we showcase the working of a Delta Robot-based Pick and Place Mechanism, widely used in high-speed industrial automation. Delta robots are known for their precision, speed, and efficiency—making them ideal for tasks like sorting, packaging, and assembly on conveyor lines.
🔹 How It Works: The Delta robot uses three lightweight arms connected to universal joints, controlled by servo motors at the top. These arms move in a coordinated manner to lift and place objects at high speed. The end-effector (gripper) can pick objects from one location and accurately place them onto another with minimal cycle time.
🔹 Key Features:
Fast and accurate pick & place operation
Smooth parallel link motion
Ideal for lightweight and repetitive tasks
Integrated with a conveyor system for continuous operation
🔹 Applications:
Food & beverage packaging
Electronics assembly
Pharmaceutical sorting
General industrial automation
