• 1.5 teaspoons salt
• 250 g butter

Recipe:

1. Mix the flour, water, and salt to make the dough, then let it rest for a bit.
2. Dust your work surface with flour, divide the dough into two parts. Set one part aside and roll the other to about 1 cm thick.
3. Generously spread butter over the rolled dough and roll it up as shown in the video, then gently flatten it. Repeat with the second portion of dough.
4. Butter the saj (griddle) and place the fasali on it. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
