Both law enforcement and family sources stated she was pronounced dead at the scene on Wednesday 2 July after the ATV hit the bumper of another moving vehicle - causing it to 'plummet 350 feet down into a ravine' near the reality star's home.
Hutchins was the CEO and director of the Caitlyn Jenner foundation. The two met in 2015 after Jenner announced her transition. She starred in Jenner's reality series I Am Cait.
