LA County Board of Supervisors Chair Kathryn Barger said the Hughes Fire is growing fast, but crews are utilizing water-dropping aircraft to attack the flames. The nearby Castaic Lake is being as a main water source. Barger said her greatest fear is that winds will pick up in the evening.
