This is my Mirage to Hard Rock Hotel transformation update taken on Monday, December 02, 2024. It's been about a couple of weeks since I was last out here to do an update because of the Formula 1 race that took place along Las Vegas Blvd the weekend before Thanksgiving. The race is over but crews are still working on dismantling all of the track setup. This is supposed to take up to a month to finish. Today, we can see crews working on placing the rebar cages into the drilled holes for the new guitar tower. It appears like they were using the drill rig to do a final clean out of the drilled hole before they place the one rebar cage the orange crane was holding. As I was walking back to the car, I saw them start to lower the cage into the hole. By the time I got my camera setup again, I was to late. I just missed it by a couple of minutes. As you can see, they have a lot more of the rebar cages to install so maybe I can get one on video the next time I'm out here. Please subscribe to my channel Raiders 1967 to get these updates.
