Beethoven Sonatina in G Major Anh 5 No 1. This is Beethoven's easiest Sonatina. It is short, sweet and beautiful! If you love the sound of Beethoven's music, but have never played any of Beethoven's music before, this piano Sonatina in G major is a great one to start with!

Sonatina in G by Beethoven comes in 2 parts: the Moderato and Romanze. Moderato is in common time, or 4/4 time, and Romanze is in 6/8 time. You can learn either one section or both the Moderato and Romanze. It is common to here either a full Sonata / Sonatina performed, or a section of it.
