Acoustic #jamuary! Getting the old lapsteel involved in my recent ambient electronic jams got me itching to play more slide. It’s been a while since I have spent anytime playing on the weissenborn, but whenever I do I am always captivated by the sound, even when I’m rusty - It’s such a unique and evocative sound. Thanks to Martin Harley for in part re-inspiring to dig it out and if you want to hear one played properly!
I’ll probably be back to the synths and tape loops tomorrow, but this was fun.
