Fourth comes Uganda, its president has been leading the country for 39 years. And we are staying in Africa as in third place is Cameroon keeping the same president for 42 years. For the second place we don’t have to travel far, the leader of Equatorial Guinea has been staying in this position for 46 years. However, the record holder resides in Brunei, the Sultan of this little country has been ruling for unbelievable 58 years, that means since the year 1967.
