Do things that bring you joy and excitement. Try something new. Watch your thoughts. Spend time with people who you feel good around. Spend time alone. Cook yourself a nutritious meal. Move your body in ways it feels good. Dance on your own like you don't care.

This mix is probably one of my fav mixes I've done thus far.
