"Since the release of Rogue and Unity in fall 2014, fans have been wondering what would happen if Shay, Connor, and Arno met. Legacies is a self contained story set in Paris in 1791, between sequences 7 and 8 of Unity, that brings together the stories of these three legends of the Assassin and Templar conflict. Our goal was to continue, expand upon, and in some cases conclude the character arcs we ourselves wanted to see more from. In Legacies, the Assassins and Templars hunt an elusive first civilization artefact, and ultimately, each other."
