For many people REITs are a great source of dividend income. And I’m having the exact same approach.

REITs tend to have a higher dividend yield compared to tradition companies, that is because REITs need to pay out last least 75% of their income.

But REITs are also a bit more complicated to analyse. For example, P/E ratio is not a reliable metric, and we focus more on price to ffo. Next to that, we also focus more on the net debt to ebitda ratio to see if a REIT is healthy.

In this video I’m going to compare 8 different REITs to show you which REIT is the best option to buy based on these criteria.

In each round I’m going to give the winner of that round 3 points and the number 2 gets 2 point, and number 3 gets one point.

At the end we are going to sum all the points to see who’s the winner. So without further ado, let’s dive into it.
