The man's uncle, the baby's father was not in the pictures so the woman never saw her grandson again. The man decided to dig through the database and found out which village they lived. He visited the village. Since the village wasn't big, he was able to locate the family very quickly with the help of other villagers.
The cousin he's searching for has a unique name "Rainbow" that is hard to forget. When he got there, he probably met the boy's mother. He lied and said that he's a friend. So they pointed him to where he works.
He saw his cousin for the first time after 20 years. However, the young boy refused to meet his grandmother. Undeterred, the man waited until he was off work to ask again while over a dinner. That's when he agreed.
He got his grandmother ready and when the young man walked in, it took her a while to realize who he was. They are both very shy. And the boy didn't seem very interested in reconnecting with the old lady.
Before he left, she gave him lots of fruits and snacks. "Thank you grandma" he said. It was the first time he called her grandma. You can see how emotional it made her but she turned her head away.
