When I shot this video I sat for several hours mesmerized by the beautiful fall colors and effortless flow of the river. It was a very calming spot in the forest and I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
The sounds of nature soothe and relax the mind and allow for more restful sleep, deeper focus, and a feeling of mindfulness and calm. Listen with headphones at work, or play quietly in the background during meditation, reading, or yoga. Nature sounds and white noise can gently soothe babies, children, and adults with insomnia into deep, restorative sleep.
