ISOLATION exercises for FULL body. If you are having issues with your body rolls, booty rolls, neck rolls, chest rolls...and all of those fancy body movements technique, follow along this 4 1/2 min routine that I created for you. Because you loved my HIP isolation vid, and my upper body isolation vid, here's the whole package!! Not only it makes the perfect warm up before your bachata, salsa, zouk or even hip hop class...but also allows you to work on increasing your flexibility in order to improve your body movement. As well as working on coordination, since we are isolating different parts of the body, and also combining. Not to mention that we do it to the music, so we can have fun and play with the musicality. And if you do it in daily basis...it will make it easy for your body to create some muscle memory so then it will just become part of your natural movement! Yaaaassss!!!
