А.Н.Бакулева АМН СССР, 1975 г.Наряду с кратким изложением особенностей коронарного кровотока и общей гемодинамики на основании данных коронарографии, катетеризации полостей сердца ивентрикулографии в фильме показаны методика и техника реконструкции коронарных артерий при выраженных формах стенозирующего коронаросклероза, а также резекции аневризмы сердца.
Демонстрируются также методы прямой реконструкции коронарных артерий и коррекции левого желудочка при хронической ишемии миокарда и постинфарктных аневризмах сердца.

Along with a brief description of the features of coronary blood flow and general hemodynamics based on the data of coronary angiography, catheterization of the heart cavities and ventriculography, the film shows the technique and technique of reconstruction of coronary arteries in severe forms of stenosing coronary sclerosis, as well as resection of a heart aneurysm.
Methods of direct reconstruction of the coronary arteries and correction of the left ventricle in chronic myocardial ischemia and post-infarction heart aneurysms are also demonstrated.
