I made my little nephew a high chair garland banner for his 1st Birthday and decided to film it! His theme was "Mr. Onederful" so I went with a black, white, and gold theme. This tutorial can be adjusted to whatever color scheme or theme you might be wanting. Just change the colors and wording to your liking. Also, a tip for putting the high chair banner: use small command strip hooks so it stays in place! Hope you guys enjoy ♥
