
Level 1: Store-Bought Frozen Wings
These are usually what you'll find at restaurants, too. Pre-breaded and seasoned, so all you need to do is pop in a fryer and toss in sauce before serving.
Level 2: Homemade Baked Wings
These are much easier to make than people think. Toss your ran wings in your favorite seasonings, then bake at 350º for about 20 minutes. Toss in your go-to sauce and you're ready to eat.
Level 3: Detroit 75 Smoked Wings
These take about 8 hours to make in total. We smoke these wings before flash-frying them, coating in our D75 spice mixture, and serving with homemade pickles, spiced pineapple, and two of our homemade BBQ sauces.
