Paso a paso, pisada a pisada, el ser humano ha ido avanzando sin detenerse. A veces con un objetivo marcado, otras sin rumbo fijo, pero siempre dejando huellas de su camino. En una huida hacia delante, el dúo IRIS se zambulle en un universo acristalado, elegante y onirico, del que solo podemos intuir las pisadas. Así, en FOOTSTEPS se nos sugiere un viaje en cuatro tramos en el que el downtempo se entremezcla con elementos de rock psicodélico, lo-fi e incluso funk. Una travesía en la que guitarras evocadoras bailan alrededor de una sugestiva base electrónica como el pasado baila alrededor del futuro en un presente en constante avance.--
Step by step, foot by foot, the human being has been advancing without stopping. Sometimes with a set objective, other times without a fixed direction, but always leaving traces of its path. In a flight forward, the IRIS duo dives into a glassy, elegant and dreamlike universe, of which we can only sense the footsteps. Thus, in FOOTSTEPS we are suggested a journey in four sections in which downtempo is interspersed with elements of psychedelic rock, lo-fi and even funk. A journey in which evocative guitars dance around a suggestive electronic base as the past dances around the future in a constantly advancing present.
