Come take a ride with me to South Carolina and meet my favorite local artist. Q Smalls has been a friend since I moved to SC in the 8th grade. We have shot plenty of videos together and have created many memories. He advocates and is a great representative of the Gullah Geechee culture in the low country.

The Gullah Geechee are descendants of enslaved Africans from West and Central Africa, primarily those brought to the coastal South for plantation labor
