The Base Porsche Cayman uses a turbo 4-cylinder with 300hp, up substantially form the last model but without a flat-six engine, this car has a very different sound. handling is improved over the last model though. The interior remains the same with only a slight update to include a flat-panel head unit with Apple Car Play buy no Android Auto.
The Cayman is the least expensive car in the Porsche family starting at $62,000 but many people should consider the more expensive Cayman S to get the best sounding and driving Cayman.

Competitors to the Cayman are the Boxster, BMW Z4, M4, Mercedes slc, Audi TT, and the BMW 2 series.
