KISS at Ottawa Bluesfest in 2009 hit 136 decibels. 2. AC/DC during their 1980 Back in Black tour routinely broke 130 decibels. 1. The Who at Valley Stadium in 1976 was recorded by Guinness at 126 decibels and remains the World record because Guinness discontinued the category for fear of encouraging hearing damage.
