In the 2000s, after losing my job, I had to move to another city, but my hometown never stopped calling me back. I spent endless hours on trains, watching landscapes blur past the window, lost in thought between two places—where I came from and where I was trying to rebuild my life. In Warsaw, people like me were called Słoiki ("jars")—a nod to those who carried pieces of home with them, quite literally, in jars of homemade food.
Those train rides, filled with motion, longing, and the rhythm of the tracks, stayed with me. Now, after all these years, I’ve finally turned those emotions into music. Homeward is the sound of rolling wheels, passing cities, and the feeling of moving forward while always looking back.
About me: I'm an independent artist trying to make a living solely from music, releasing at least one new album every month (well, this month, it's been four). If you’re able to support my work, I truly appreciate it. Thank you.
