We take a look back at the video games that I got for Christmas over the last thirty years and the impact that they had on my life.The animation at the end seems to have disappeared from the internet. I had it downloaded from a while back but unfortunately I can't remember who made it. It was a fan animation of Peppermint Cat by acstlu, but obviously it was made by someone else. If anyone knows who made it, please let me know as I would like to credit them properly.
The song is 'Santa Claus Got Stuck In My Chimney' by Ella Fitzgerald.
I was really surprised that using a 74 year old song would get this video tagged for copyright and as a result get the video blocked in Russia (go figure...)
I shall forever be fascinated by the bizarre landscape of YouTube's copyright system.
