The new 16" MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro and M1 Max chips are incredibly powerful but how well does a 16" intel MacBook pro with an 8 core i9 processor do when it comes to video editing with Final Cut Pro X?

It is faster a LOT faster using the M1 pro or the M1 Max chip compared to almost any intel based Mac. let me show you the differences between import times, Transcode times, rendering times, and export times. It is up to 2 or 3 times faster. When it comes to editing everything is faster as well for analyzing footage to stabilize it or tack an object. I can't believe this m1 Max MacBook Pro can save me 6-8 hours a week or waiting on videos to process.
