We are still digging deep into the Blooper this week with an examination of how to use Sampler Mode to create micro-loops and glitches.
My definition of a micro-loop is anything less than a second long, and a “glitch” is more of a repeating fragment of a sound, like when you’d accidentally jostle your Discman while listening to Siamese Dream. Remember CD’s?
These small sounds/noises can be inspiring as something new and different to respond to in your playing. Don’t overlook these gifts. They can send your creativity in new directions and give you access to a fresh palette of compelling sounds!
