Today SEVEN DAYS REST plays a dynamic set that crosses multiple genres of metal and rock music. This five piece comprises multiple vocals, guitars, violin, bass and drums. With really well written songs that seem to have deep meaning with anger, torment and sweetness all mixed up into one great performance. I would definitely say that no one else in this town sounds like this band and that’s a good thing. With just really minor fine tuning this band can really do great things and go far.
