2003 Ford F350 7.3 Powerstroke. New IPR,GPR,UVCH,cps, oil temp sensor,glow plugs,bosch fuel pump,new fuel filter, high volume low pressure oil pump. None of this fixed it. Truck would shake and vibrate under power until at operating temp. no power, fuel milage dropped significantly. In the end, the IDM was the culprit. A buzz test showed 3 of 8 injectors sounded healthy. after removing the idm, it was obvious that the aluminum around the bolts had oxidized significantly. removed the cover and the corrosion was worse inside.
