Many of you have called us this for the best part of a decade, but we are making it official: we are now simply GGD.Over nine years ago, work began on what would become GetGood Drum's first drum library: The Matt Halpern Signature pack. A lot has changed over the years, and the time has come to say goodbye to our beloved blue little snare drum and welcome a new era.
We are still the same goofy, nerdy, drum-loving folk who started the company in 2015. We are passionate about making powerful, easy-to-use plug-ins, and that isn't going to change. While drums will always be a core part of our brand, we felt the name didn't fully represent our whole product offering or where we were heading.
We are forever grateful to everyone who took a chance on a new company and every single person who has bought a plug-in, made a video, created music or allowed GGD to be part of your creative process over the past few years. We take a gracious bow as we move into this new and exciting chapter for GetGo...GGD. #ggd
