Manoury is working on it with the same director, Nicolas Stemann, who also collaborated on the libretto (based on Karl Kraus's tragedy of the same name), alongside playwright Patrick Hahn and the composer. With the Cologne Opera Choir and the Cologne Gürzenich Orchestra under the direction of Peter Rundel, the work will be given its first performance on June 27 at the Staatenhaus Köln and for four further performances on June 29, July 4, 6 and 9, 2025.
