I’m not an expert by any means but I do know how to find a deal and save a buck 🙃
First off when buying equipment for your not yet opened restaurant don’t think oh I’m gonna go to the top sellers and I want the big shiny name brands
Think new to you used this is where you are going to save tens of thousands of dollars on your costs because trust me you are going to need it

I did forget to mention maybe one of the most important used purchases we had and that was our fridges and freezers we paid under $2000 for them they work great and they are just house models I would check with your local health inspector but where we are from as long as it holds the right temp you can just use the same kind you have at home we just bought digital thermostats and put them in the units to keep our temps
This saved thousands apon thousands of dollars
