here's a project file for renoise that you can use for whatever. i used zebra2 for the synth sounds, but if you don't have zebra2... the synth sounds are labeled... so feel free to replace it with another vst to see what you can get going! the only 3rd party fx plugin is valhalla supermassive, which is free (and amazing). I used a vinyl sim in the video just for fun, it's not in the project file!

this is a longer track, 90s style... realistically, you can cut 2 mins and add some automation/modulation etc to liven it up a but more :)
