Order of BMW ISTA installation process, Windows 10 no less than 200gb space available in C and at least 4g RAM, processor speed minimum 2Ghz:
1-Java Runtime Environment
Visual C++ Redistributable
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4,
2- ISTA Client installation file,
3- ISTA programming data,
4- ICOM Next Firmware or BMW PTD driver (J-passthru).
Depends on your connection speed but usually , 15 minutes tops!!
