Well, there's some news! Finally, at least a memorandum has been signed. We were literally informed overnight that Ukraine and the United States have finally signed a memorandum. It's the memorandum concerning cooperation and mining. This isn't a treaty per se, it's just a memorandum for now. As you know, a memorandum isn't a legally binding international treaty. But since Trump wanted to reach at least a preliminary agreement before Easter, the decision was made to sign this memorandum online. However, as we can see, the general mobilization and martial law are still ongoing. Right? It continues. Moreover, illegal detentions, conscriptions, mobilization and Russification are still happening. All of this is still going on.
