With the 2025 release of 'Convalescence' under his pseudonym of 'STEPHEN HERO',Patrick was happy to talk. Also being a member of 'Oskar's Drum' in the mid-2010's, Patrick is perhaps most famous for being the frontman of Kitchens of Distinction who have released five stunning albums in their career spanning from 'Love Is Hell', 'Strange Free World' , 'The Death of Cool', 'Cowboys & Aliens' and 'Folly'.
In this interview, Patrick discusses the making of 'Convalescence', The Sawmills Studio in which 'The Death of Cool' was recorded, if Kitchens were aligned to the Shoegaze scene or not, seeing MBV with Miki and Emma from Lush and much more.
