Welcome back to my kitchen first of all I want to thank you for being part of our family, and allowing me to be part of yours!!!! ❤️ Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make delicious tacos dorados de Carne Deshebrada , basically crunchy fried Braised Beef (Shredded Beef) tacos 💕 with a delicious salsa!

-You can find all ingredients at your local Walmart, Frys, Safeway,Hispanic supermarket or Amazon!!! I bought the meat at Costco , it’s already cleaned and ready to cook 😅
-all pots and pans are from Calphalon
-racks to roast chiles, it’s actually a rack from my cooking sheet I get a really good use out of it!!!

Tip: squeeze limon/lime juice over meat seriously soooo good!
Ingredients: makes 30 tacos
3-4 lbs chuck pot roast or carne para tamales
3 potatoes
3/4 onion
4 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp oregano
Salt I’m using 3 tbsp
Black pepper I’m using 2 tbsp
Salsa
4- 5 tomatoes
10-15 Chile arbol
2 chile puya or 1 guajillo
3 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
1/4- 1/2 cup broth
Salt
