New age spirituality offers a narcissist a perfect place to hide in plain sight. The emphasis on “positive thinking” and “good vibes” offers a narcissist shelter from being exposed for who they really are. New age spirituality teaches people that they are god which is already what the narcissist believes about themselves. It’s a match made in hell with out of control spiritual egos and a culture that discourages genuine accountability and repentance.
