We talk to Brittany Saulsbury, Sustainability Operations Manager, about their waste diversion program, and how compostable and reusable products fit in. We also meet up with Jenny Slepian, our Product & Zero Waste Specialist of the PNW (and lifelong Blazers fan), and talk with Bianca Anaya, Director of Purchasing at Moda Center for Levy Restaurants.
