US President Donald Trump plans to restructure or shut downe the federal agency handling natural disasters. During a visit to North Carolina after Hurricane Helene, Trump accused FEMA of failing to coordinate relief efforts. He also said California, affected by wildfires in Los Angeles, will need substantial federal help. Martin Markovits has the story.
