It was this man in the green shirt. The shop has been opened for over 30 years and he's been in charge for the past 22 years.
Why is he a bad businessman? Because he doesn't know how to do business. He let's disabled people eat for free. Old people over the age of 70 get 50 cents off even though each bread only cost $2.5 in local currency. How does he make money? He also let anyone eat for free if you're struggling.
Yet he never skimp on the ingredients. Everything is fresh and delicious. He barely makes anything. But he kept doing it because when he was 16, his family was very poor. It was people in this community especially old people who helped him and his family.
They gave the family food, blankets, clothes, shoes, so they can survive. It's all thanks to them. And he vowed to pay the community back. He's been doing this since then.
