They tried to control the board with the Witch behind the tanks and the Goblin Gang at the bridge to bait responses. But I countered every layer with precise timing and placement:
🔹 Royal Recruits split perfectly to cover both lanes and soak all the chips
🔹 Knight handled the Goblin Gang with ease and tanked for the Dart Goblin
🔹 Dart Goblin stayed out of spell range and constantly chipped down their Witch from a distance
Their strategy was simple: bait my splash response with Goblin Gang, then drop Witch and support behind it. But every time they committed to a push:
➡️ I dropped Knight + Dart Goblin behind Recruits
➡️ Dart Goblin shredded their Witch before Arrows could reach
➡️ And once their Arrows were out, my Recruits pushed both lanes without fear
The turning point came when they overcommitted to a right-lane Witch push:
➡️ I sent Recruits + Dart Goblin down the left lane instead
➡️ With no Goblin Gang or Arrows in hand, they couldn’t stop the push
➡️ Dart Goblin locked onto the tower, and the damage piled up fast
From there, I controlled the tempo and cycled back to another push. Without answers to split-lane control, they collapsed.
This match was all about defensive patience, lane control, and protecting Dart Goblin as he dismantled their support. Royal Recruits don’t rush — they suffocate the board until it’s too late to recover.
