President Donald Trump is making good on his threat to impose "reciprocal tariffs" on nearly every country with the White House announcing sweeping import tax rates ranging from 10% to 50% set to take effect in seven days. When asked if he’s concerned about potential price hikes, he says, "The only price that's spiked is the hundreds of billions of dollars coming in.” NBC’s Garrett Haake reports for TODAY.
